Botanical Name: Hoya burtoniae variegataNative Region/Environment: Philippines Sun/Light: Bright indirect light or mild direct morning light. Temperature: Ideal temperatures are between 60 and 80F. Water: Allow top of soil to dry to touch. Do not overwater or leave in standing water. Soil: Porous, well draining fertile soil. Growth Pattern: Trailing evergreen perennial vine. Mature Size: Ideal for a hanging basket to fully display all the colors available. Attributes: Velvety leaves are ovate and succulent in variegated shades of creams, yellow, pinks and greens. The flowers add to the colorful display in dusty brick reds. Small root systems relative to potential plant size. Low maintenance. Very long lasting blooms. Do not remove peduncles (flower stalks) after blooming-hoya rebloom from the same peduncles which will increase in length after each successive bloom.
