Botanical Name: Hoya krohniana eskimo or H. krohniana silver

Native Region/Environment: SE Asia

Sun/Light: Bright indirect light or mild direct morning light.

Temperature:  Ideal temperatures are between 60 and 80F.

Water:  Allow top of soil to barely feel dry to the touch.  Does not tolerate an irregular watering schedule well or long dry periods.

Soil:  Porous, well draining fertile soil.

Growth Pattern:  Trailing and twining evergreen perennial vine ideal for hanging baskets.

Mature Size:  Vines will grow to several feet in length. Occasional pruning will result in a fuller plant.

Attributes:  Considered a mildly rare hoya for collections. Vines with small heart shaped leaves in mottled greens and silvers.   Flowers are sweetly fragrant.

Small root systems relative to potential plant size.  Low maintenance.  Very long lasting blooms. Do not remove peduncles (flower stalks) after blooming-hoya rebloom from the same peduncles which will increase in length after each successive bloom.

Attractor:  Flowers are laden with abundant sweet nectar that attract hummingbirds, bees, butterflies and moths.
