Botanical Name: Hoya lobbii pink

Native Region/Environment: Thailand

Sun/Light: Indirect light, mild direct morning light or part shade.

Temperature:  Ideal temperatures are between 60 and 80F.

Water:  Allow top of soil to feel dry to the touch.  Prone to root rot if left in standing water.

Soil:  Porous, well draining fertile soil.

Growth Pattern:  Climbing or trailing evergreen perennial vine that typically does not twine.

Mature Size:  Able to grow quite large on a trellis and will grow well cascading from a sturdy pot or hanging basket. Occasional pruning will result in a fuller plant.

Attributes: Small root systems relative to potential plant size.  Low maintenance.  Very long lasting blooms. Do not remove peduncles (flower stalks) after blooming-hoya rebloom from the same peduncles which will increase in length after each successive bloom.

Attractor:  Flowers are laden with abundant sweet nectar that attract hummingbirds, bees, butterflies and moths.
