Botanical Name: Syngonium podophyllum 'Green Flecked'Native Region/Environment: Cultivar Sun/Light: Part sun, especially morning sun or bright, indirect light. Grows well with artificial light. Temperature: Indoor houseplant 50F to 95F; Outdoor USDA Hardiness Zone 10-12 Water: Prefers consistent moisture, but not soggy conditions. Misting supplements native environment humidity. Soil: Organically rich, porous composition. Responds better to fully moistened soil and less frequent watering than incomplete watering more frequently. Growth Pattern: Tender Perennial/Indoor Ornamental vine that grow closer leaf nodes than most Syngonium for a more compact, bushier appearance. Produces aerial roots at leaf nodes. New growth emerges in shades of pink and pinkish-greens. Mature Size: As a ground cover approximately 6" high. As a vining climber 4'-5' on a support and 2'-3' wide. In a hanging basket vines may be 4'-5' in length. Attributes: Fantastically speckled, mottled, striped and freckled in multiple shades of greens on classic heart shaped leaves.
