Botanical Name: Syngonium podophyllum 'Wendlandii'

Native Region/Environment: Costa Rica

Sun/Light: Part sun, especially morning sun, to bright indirect light.  Responds well to artificial light.

Temperature: Indoor houseplant 50F to 95F; Outdoor USDA Hardiness Zones 10-12

Water: Prefers consistent moisture, but not soggy, conditions.  Misting is beneficial.

Soil: Organically rich, porous composition.  Responds better to fully moistened soil and less frequent watering than incomplete watering more frequently.

Growth Pattern: Perennial climbing or Liana ornamental vine.  Produces aerial roots readily at leaf nodes.

Mature Size: As a ground cover it is approximately 6"-8" high.  As a trailing climber 5'-7' high on a support structure and 2'-3' wide.  In a hanging basket the vines can easily trail over 8'.

Attributes: Prized ornamental with velvety emerald green foliage that has a milk-white variegation on center leaf midveins. A highly desirable blend of deep emerald green, contrasting off-white variegation and a velvety texture make this a desirable plant.

Pot: 3.5" or 4"
